Clearance before you print the boxes

Most of the work happens before a launch: knock-out searches, specification drafting, and a calm view of whether a sign will survive opposition. We also run modest watching lists for businesses that cannot staff an in-house docket.

We are not a filing mill. If a mark is weak, we say so. If a design should stay unregistered, we say that too.

Typical files

EU and national trade marks, Hague designs, and letters before action where a listing copies a label. Hearings are referred out when advocacy is the better spend.
